This percentage was determined by dividing 1,675,445 by 18,236,186, which is the number of shares outstanding as of November 7, 2024, as reported in the Liberty Broadband Corp's (the "Issuer") Form 10-Q filed on November 7, 2024, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
