Item 5. Other Events and Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 18, 2003, General Communication, Inc. announced
that it has been awarded an agreement with the State of Alaska to
provide a variety of telecommunication services for the next 18
months. Services include: long-distance, IP Telephony, voice and
data network management and maintenance, Internet, audio and video
conferencing and Help Desk. The total value of services is
approximately $10 million.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. The
information contained in Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated by reference
herein.
